Luxury Suite Vol. 1 is a contemporary bathroom design shaped by warm materials, balanced proportions and understated architectural detail. LAYRO is built as a design system. The bathroom is organised into four coordinated modules—the bathtub, vanity, water-closet and shower zones. Their spatial logic, proportions and key relationships are defined through modular templates and alternative configurations, allowing the design to be calibrated for compatible bathroom footprints while preserving its intended character. The toolkit takes you from the visual concept through to the specifications, technical drawings and implementation guidance needed to communicate and coordinate the build.

The bathroom is organised into four coordinated modules: the bathtub, vanity, water-closet and shower zones. The system defines their spatial relationships, proportions and design logic, helping you calibrate the layout for a compatible bathroom footprint while preserving the character of the original design.

3. Professional Plans, Elevations & Details

A coordinated set of technical drawings communicates the principal dimensions, sanitary ware, partitions, fixtures and mounting positions to your contractor. The toolkit includes a floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, elevations and key architectural details.

4. Lighting and Electrical Layouts

A coordinated reference showing the intended positions of the downlights, LED strip lighting, decorative wall lights, switches, sockets and ceiling-mounted ventilator required to support the design’s atmosphere and functionality.

5. Brand-Neutral Specification Schedules

Detailed schedules define the intended materials, finishes, approximate dimensions, performance requirements and installation considerations without restricting you to a single manufacturer. You and your contractor can source suitable products from your preferred brands or retailers.

6. Project Sequencing Roadmap

A structured roadmap guides you through the four principal phases of the project: design and site verification, procurement and lead-time planning, construction and substrate preparation, and final fit-out and handover.

7. Final Handover and Quality Checklist

A structured inspection checklist covering plumbing and infrastructure, electrical systems and lighting, surfaces and finishes, and project documentation. Use it with your contractor to identify outstanding work before formally completing the project.

Existing door positions, door swings, windows, structural openings, drainage points and plumbing infrastructure can all affect how the design is configured.

The LAYRO modular system can accommodate certain site variations. Your contractor can assess the existing conditions and determine whether the modules can be mirrored, repositioned or calibrated while preserving the design’s spatial logic and intended character.
